  • 1 (12 fl oz) can evaporated milk

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves.

  3. Whisk wet ingredients: In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add pumpkin puree and the spice mixture; stir until smooth.

  4. Add milk: Gradually whisk in the evaporated milk until well combined.

  5. Fill crust: Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
